Big Sur Failed Installation

I've just tried to update to Big Sur 11.0.1 from Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 and get a "Installation Failed - An error occurred while installing the selected updates" notification.

I'm on a MacBook Air 2017

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
