Itunes will not open on catalina OS

iTunes does not open on Catalina OS since I upgraded except maybe one time after I restart the system.

Also - the ITunes message Updating Cloud Music Library has been working to do this for 4 weeks and has not completed. What's up with that?

The quality of iTunes is suffering in Catalina. That should not be the case Apple. Put more effort to test and make a quality product that just runs!

iTunes does not exist on Catalina. In its place are individual apps including Music.
