I have updated this supplemental update for Catalina several times and it keeps stating it needs to be updated. How do I get this to update and the notification to update, to go away?

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and run the update.

I am having same issue. MacBook Pro 13in purchased in Nov 2019 and cannot get the update to install. I have downloaded the update manually and run the install. Nope. I have tried Safe Boot. Nope. I have tried it in the terminal. Nope. Just get a message stating “error installing updates.” Not sure what else I can do. Any ideas?
