10.15.5 Supplemental Update Won't Install

So, I've got a strange one. Currently on Catalina 10.15.5 on a 2020 MacBook Air. Software Update shows a "10.15.5 Supplemental Update" available, but when I go to update the update fails. When I start it in Safe Mode, there's no update available. What gives?
