new iPhone 11 set up software update iOS 13.5.1 taking a long time

I just got my new iPhone 11, and when I transferred my data from my old iPhone 6s, it required me to update my iOS. However, i'v been on the software update screen Install Now with the little blue circle going round and round for more than two hours already. I tried to see if maybe it got stuck but when I long press the start button, it gives me options if I want to stat over, shut down, and etc.

What should I do? Should I just start over? or should I just wait? How long does this usually take?

Hi, janbitz.

Thank you for reaching out on the Apple Support Communities. Its sounds like you're attempting to update your iPhone 11 so that you can restore the backup from your old iPhone 6s, but you've been stuck installing the update for a couple of hours. Have you had a chance to connect your iPhone 11 to a steady Wi-Fi connection yet? You'll want to make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi, your iPhone is connected to power, and that it has at least a 50% charge.
