I'm sitting on Ventura 13.0. I know there are updates beyond this but when I go into the software update in settings it says I'm up to date. I'm running a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro. Does anyone have any suggestions?

the first thing I would try would be to Start up your Mac in safe mode and see if you can then download and install the update while still in safe mode.
