apple tv+ not showing it only plays audio

I am playing apple tv+ on my MacBook Pro mid 2012, it has ssd and 16 gb ram. I have watched the 1st series of SEE, four episodes without any problem but when I play episode 5, the video not showing only play audio after 3 minutes. I tried so many times but no response. What I have to do???
