iCloud activation

Hello,

I have an account on iPhone 6s, suddenly shut down the device asking to activate iCloud, and I know the name of the account and the password, and when I enter it it does not work, and I forgot the security questions, but I have the email account and the password and the phone number when I want to change the security questions, write to me we do not have enough information , please solve the problem.

Did you connected to WiFi or not? Please make sure you connected well with good network. If your forgot your security questions no worries.


Follow below steps to add new:


  1. Go to iforgot.apple.com.
  2. Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue.
  3. Choose the option to reset your security questions, then select Continue.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password, then select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to verify your identity.
  6. Choose new security questions and answers and select Continue.
