Updating contacts to icloud
Done everything as per article but still unable to see latest contacts on my icloud.. Please help.

Have you tried all the steps included in this article:

will you be able also to check that your device is updated to the latest version, that iCloud is working and that Contacts is activated in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud ?
If you need further help I suggest to contact directly the phone support this way they will be able to investigate and isolate the issue.
