iPhone 15 Plus – VoiceOver Settings Freezing Issue

Hello Apple Support,

I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 Plus and noticed an issue when using the Accessibility → VoiceOver settings menu.

Whenever I open or navigate through the VoiceOver settings, the phone freezes or becomes unresponsive. A simple restart does not fix the issue — the only workaround is doing a full reset of the phone, which is quite inconvenient.

This issue happens repeatedly and seems limited to the VoiceOver settings menu. I’ve already checked for iOS updates, but the problem still occurs.

Could you please confirm if this is a known iOS software bug and advise on a permanent fix or upcoming update? Since I rely on Accessibility features, I’d really appreciate your guidance.
