For some reason iMessage keeps crashing when I sign in and requiring a new sign in. This is a problem on both my desktops but not a problem on my phone! I am totally stumped.

Update: after on on-line chat with an Apple support tech, I was told that my Apple ID had been blocked for Messages and FaceTime because of "reported spam." Hmmm. I was given a link to https://getsupport.apple.com/solutions and told to request an unblock "as a onetime exception." Now I'm to wait 24 hours.
Same here too. Two older iMac and Macbooks Pro can't log into messages. Get to see it for about 5 seconds, then it seems to crash and log me out. Phone is fine.
Same here. I can't use Apple Messages anymore on my Mac (with Sequoia) — starting yesterday.
Same here. MacOS updated from 13.7.7 from 13.7.8. iMessage stopped working on the Mac (MacPro 2019). Keeps asking for signing in with my Apple ID over and over again.
Update: I just came back and Mac is now showing my cell number. But texts have not updated and iCloud sync in constant pause.
Update: Cell phone not showing anymore. I think this is just a matter of time and will work itself out. Bc my messages are slowly synching.
Update: cell phone now showing in imessage even when log out and log back in but messages still not fully synched on Mac. Can send from Mac, but Mac not mirroring replies that show up in iPhone
After being unblocked now for about 36 hours, all still good in Messages-land. All of my messages are synching across my 3 devices.
Update: After roughly 4 days can send from Mac via cell phone. Messages not fully synched and synching is paused. Apple told me I needed to free up memory. I now have about 240 Gigs of free space.
I used the More options link.. I found it.
Can you send messages on iPhone? If so, just give it time. Mine worked itself out in like 4 days
4 days is a long time in this tech world....not sure I'm going to last that long!
