How to prevent Apple Watch from pausing during workouts?

How to stop Apple Watches from pausing every workout such a frustration. I’ve done everything I can that’s stated on the internet’s . The phone I like the watch is terrible. And now Apple stopped the Galaxy’s from sinking with the iPhone need help

The setting you might be looking for is Auto-Pause. To disable it, open the Watch app on your iPhone and navigate to Workout settings. From that section, and toggle off “Running Auto-Pause”. You might also want to disable Press to Pause in the same section to avoid accidental presses. Furthermore, you can always lock your Apple Watch during Workouts to prevent any non-intentional presses. If this doesn’t work, feel free to contact me again and I will seek other methods.

Did this work in the past without pausing?

If so, did you already force restart the watch by pressing the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec until the Apple logo comes back again?

Did you make sure that Wrist Detection is enabled?

I have tried all the suggestion on the internet and from Apple this is not my first Apple watch but this is my first issue with this. I also just tried you force closure but didn't help it paused at 10:58 instead of 10:29 , I'm sorry this is crazy to spend all this money and not be able to use a product.

No its never worked since I bought, I was so frustrated so I bought a Galaxy watch and moved to Android the truth is I like the Apple Phone but the Galaxy watch and Android works the best , but there is no reason after purchasing a Apple watch and Iphone that I can't use together during a work out and for sure Apple knows about this issue and has done nothing to fix the issue. It's all over the internet that a lot of folks are having the same issues. Thanks so much for your willingness to help.

No I'm using whats on the watch and Phone, I've just erased and repaired my watch hoping maybe this will help. I've had three apple watches and bought this one a couple years ago. But it has never worked as far as exercising its always passed at 10:29, but I'm not the only one it seems like it a major issue with the software. to buy something that don't work for the reason your purchased it sad

My Apple Watch SE keeps asking for password since yesterday, did some investigation and I see the following in the diagnostic logs.

Is there a was to know what cause it and how to fix that he issue.

Yes Ingo, I am at the patch levels as you have shown. This afternoon I also unpaired and re-paired the watch . I am still experiencing the same issue.

I am assuming by unpairing, and re-pairing any residual data in the watch was erased, prior to the restore from backup on re-pairing?
