Possible counterfeit Final Cut Pro purchase after reinstalling macOS

I dint like the limitations of iMove so I went to the App Store to but Final Cut Pro. To my surprise it Wass $100 less. But I had space issues. Got an external hard drive and for all files. the only things on the Mac hard drive was just what I needed. buy still storage issues. I reinstall macOS however there was always a reason to fail. right after I migrated from time machine so decided o just set up as new. I went to my account perches to download the apps I needed for you tube no Final Cut. I did receive a fraud alert from by bank for $176.00 from apple because didn't order anything I blocked it. so I'm wondering if some hackeput something in some random app I had an sold me their counterfeit and now have to buy it again for the first time
