You can just copy and paste the entire project folder including audio files onto another hard drive or volume like you would do with any other file on your computer.
• make sure your external hard drive is formatted with APFS (recommended!) or the old-school format MacOS Extended. Don't use FAT-formatted drives to work with Logic directly, but you can use them for transfers though.
• close your session or better quit Logic before copying
Make sure your HD is properly formatted with the recommended format APFS and
simply drag the folder or package to the drive.
