How do I fix zebra lines on MacBook Air screen?

lately my screen on my MacAir has a zebra crossin gline on top 1.5cm large all across

Vertical/Horizontal lines on Macbook air display!? A few days ago I noticed a vertical line on the edge of my screen. I have a 2019 Macbook air. I tried resetting the SMC and the NVRAM. I cleaned up all my old files and installed the newest update, but still, nothing fixed it. Today I noticed a similar line at the bottom of my screen, but this one is horizontal. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If a restart does not clear those, you need to have Apple evaluate. There is very little one can do at home to correct screen artifacts.
