How to merge multiple shared family password groups into one in Apple Account?

My husband and I have share family passwords, which is great, except that each of us is the owner of the group of passwords that we shared (that makes sense). Now we want to add our daughter to the group(s), which will make 3 groups of passwords.

Question. Is there anyway to blend all of the groups into one global shared password group?

I'm guessing that's not possible because then each of us would lose control of our individual passwords, should we want to stop sharing. Is that right?
