I have a family established with my wife as the organizer and my three children. I’m trying to add my wife to password sharing. When I try to add her with either her Apple ID or her phone number, I am told that she does not have a device that can join the group. She is using an iPhone 13. I have an iPhone 14 pro and my children have iPhone 12s. I’ve also tried this from my MacBook Air. Any ideas?

both phones are updated so I’m not sure why it won’t work
This still hasn’t been fixed yet?!? Is there a workaround? It says my husbands phone is updated but it says it’s not.
Same, but I think I know why. This feature is only available for the latest updates, so the recipient of the invite must have a [apple] device which is updated.
I am having the same problem. My wife is unable to join our shared passwords even though we are both on 17.5.1. Finding a workaround had been maddening…. Is there any solution?
