Why do 'Ask to Buy' notifications go to my husband's iPhone instead of mine?

I am the organizer of my apple family. When my kids are asking permission from App Store to download an app the message and notification is send to my husbands iPhone but not to my iPhone. I have a Mac connected to my account and I can see the “ask to buy” messages to my Mac Messages app but no to my iPhone. Why is that happening??? Can someone help me?

Ask to Buy Ask to Buy not working or sending notifications from my sons Iphone mini 12. He updated his phone, I have turned off and on the Ask to Buy setting and nothing. He is sharing his purchases with me and still not getting the requests. App store ask to buy Hi, so we have ask to buy turned on for our phones which means that a request is sent to the parent/ guardian of the family which they can approve or decline. However, recently, there has been some sort of bug. The requests are going through, and appearing on the parent’s phone in the imessage app, but when you click on it it just takes you to the app store and asks you if you want to download it yourself. There is not a button that simply says accept/decline and there is no obvious way to do either of those using different methods either. This means that the child can not download any apps or games. Has anyone had the same problem, and if so, how can it be fixed?
