CarPlay keeps radio volume low after Waze alerts since update

HI all has anyone notice when using Waze in CarPlay when you get in the car Waze comes on and when the first alert comes up it lowers the volume on the radio and tells about the alert, now the volume of the radio stays very Leo for about 2 minutes then comes back up, it only started with the latest update of car play, not sure what the real cause is ??? any ideas of what is going on Thanks

Thats a Waze Problem. Got the same with Android phones. My Iphone does have this problem as well from time to time. But only on my car (Ford Mustang Sync 3.1) On my wifes car Expedition (Sync 4.1) These problems do not exist. I have the feeling Waze keeps it up with new infotainment systems but by modifying the code it causes problems with older cars. They dont care. This is known for almost 5 years now.
