Screen Recording icon missing from Control Center on iPhone 13

my iPhone 13 is not showing the screen recording icon , then I went to check the control center , there is no app showing there to start with . The access with app is turned on , I force restarted my phone and check again still not showing, I as well reset the control center it’s still the same . I checked if my iPhone software is updated , yes it’s up to date . Pls what else do I need to do to have the screen recording pop out ?. Thank you
