Hi Zachyy,
I understand your point. However, there is no way to go without a VPN.
You live in the US, right? So you don't know what it's like to live in a country where the police can knock on your door and take you to jail, without knowing if you'll ever come back, for simply saying something you think is innocent. If you knew what that's like, you wouldn't talk about leaving your iPhone without a VPN.
Anyway, I temporarily left the VPN and other dangerous apps (social networks and email) off. I tested it and the problem persists.
I reinstalled the VPN and only then the other apps.
If we go back to the description I gave of the problem, you'll see that the problem only occurs in one of the displays. This shows that even within the app, the clock is displayed normally.
It seems to me that the problem is with the code used only for that split-screen display between the clock and the calendar.
It doesn't seem like a communication problem to me.
My suggestion is that you forward the problem to the team that makes this App so that the problem can be fixed in the next version.
Unfortunately, I am abandoning the use of this feature due to lack of reliability.
Thanks,
Carlos
