Sped up audio issues in Safari Whenever I speed up any video (and I assume any audio as well), the audio sounds robotic but this is a problem that doesn't happen on other browsers like Chrome. Is there any way to fix this? I currently have macOS Monterey with Safari version 15.5

Duolingo audio not working in Safari I used Duolingo successfully in Safari for years, but a few months ago the audio (native speakers saying the text) stopped. Everything else works normally, including all the Duolingo sound effects, but no speech audio. I tried all the suggested fixes in other discussions here but none of them worked for me. Since the problem persists, I just gave up on using Safari and use Duolingo with Firefox where it's fine.

Duolingo Sound Issues When using the app Duolingo on MacBook Air through Safari the lesson audio is there for the first lesson then disappears on subsequent lessons. No other app has this issue. This happens with or without use of headphones. Rebooting is not practical every time this happens. What are the alternatives?

Have you restarted your Mac lately?

Rebooting is the best first step in troubleshooting.

Is Safari the only app that is not playing audio?

Change the sound output settings on Mac - Apple Support
