Logic Pro X metronome isn't working with audio and pattern tracks

So I am on Logic Pro X and I've noticed just today that my metronome isn't working when I am using an audio track and the pattern track. Anytime I try to use the metronome, it just stops making the ticking sound despite it actually on and still functioning like usual. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work. Is this just my end or what? This is odd and this never happened before up until recently Logic updated itself.

Can anyone please help me? What is going on?

I think I've figured it out. It maybe redundant, but I have to unplug my headset and then plug it in and the sound comes through. Thanks for trying to help.

Hi,

Can you tell us more about your system?

What Operating Software are you on and which version of Logic Pro do you use?

Did you update to Logic Pro 11.2? Try and wait if possible and if you decide to update, be sure to back-up your current version of the Logic Pro application.

Yes it is Logic Pro 11.2. Everything seems to working just fine except the metronome. Like I've said the metronome doesn't make a sound when it is on the audio or pattern track for some odd reason. I wish I could show a video to let you see what is going on.
