Flexi time problem which is boring!

I have this problem at least during last half year. If I have 8 tracks of back vocal, at least 4 from them Flexi time don't recognise signal at all! It's just empty inside. There are no notes, no any events. I see Flexi time window, but there is nothing inside. What's more - when I bounce in place the track which was wrong recognised, it happen again! Flexi time can't analyse audio material. I have no idea how to struggle with it and how force Flexi time do it's job every time when I need it. Logic Pro 10. 7. 4, Monterey 12.5.1 (but this was happened on previous OS too.) Any thoughts?

Flextime needs a loaded audio file. Make sure the file is located in your project folder on your hard drive (not in iCloud Drive) and available in the Project Audio Window.
