"Show All Purchases" keeps turning on Apple Music

It seems that each week under Music > Library > Show All Purchases I need to turn "Show All Purchases" off. It must default to "On" with every minor update. I don't want to see my purchases. It interferes and conflicts with music and artwork I've intentionally added to my phone from my computer. I don't want to see Apple purchases, yet nearly every time I open Music, there they are, clogging up the music I want to see. When I turn it off, it should stay off. Any suggestions or is this a bug, or intentional on Apple's part?
