How can I optimize my sleep data and stand time on Apple Watch Ultra 2?

Avg Time in bed reported 2 min, in same report, avg core is 4:45 min avg deep 44 min

stand reported 14 hours,!! Half of this time spent sitting in office

Yes, Apple needs to improve the Sleep tracking feature. My watch even counts sitting in the chair, reading the newspaper on my iPad as a nap or time in bed.

If your Stand Ring reports 14 hours, this means, that you stood up, or the watch at least thought so, at least one minute per each hour.

Moving your watch arm while sitting for a minute or two will also trigger that count.
