Sleep data is showing a day ahead...

The sleep data from my apple watch is showing a day ahead. I tuned sleep mode/schedule on and off, have updated, deleted all data, and restarted both phone and watch. Please help!

Sleep data my Apple Watch has been able to give me more sleep data but suddenly all it gives me is a bar but no analysis! How can I fix that?
