Did you check the Lightning port or any kind of debris or lint? Also make sure, that the contacts on the EarPods Lightning plug are not corroded or bent.

If all the troubleshooting did not work, the lighting port of your iPhone seems to be damaged, if it comes to audio support for the EarPods.
Can you still charge the iPhone without problems?
Getting the Lighting Port fixed would probably cost more than buying a pair of AirPods.
i have brought a new one also but it also didn’t work but both the old and new one works on another iPhone .
