We have screen time set but in the search area of the phone explicit web images show up! I know you can turn them off but is that a way to lock them so they can’t be turned back on?

I have screen time passcode setup and a friend has the code! I can’t find a way to lock the “search” area of my phone(not in safari)! I can turn off the “web images” on my search but it can easily be turned back on! I’m wondering if there is a way to turn it off and lock the settings with the screen time passcode so it can’t be turned back on?
If Screen Time doesn’t have a password, or it does and someone knows it, or if someone knows the Apple ID that was used to add a Screen Time password they can override Screen Time settings.
