voice over tutorial was what I thought I turn on My iPhone 16 pro but now I see voice over is on and now that's on I can't it get back into my iPhone 16 pro because voice over is on and my iPhone 16 pro does not recognize my six digit pass code any more and I can't turn voice over off if I can't open my iPhone

With VoiceOver on, you’ll need to enter the passcode as described here:
