IQ Mental Impulse review – results locked behind paywall
Just dropping by to share a quick IQ Mental Impulse ***
experience that left me a little frustrated.
I saw the app promoted as a fun and "free" way to test cognitive skills. It actually looked cool, so I went through the onboarding and spent a decent amount of time doing the intro tests. The process was smooth, the visuals were slick, and I was genuinely curious to see how it would rate my performance. But once I hit the end of the final task - boom - locked. Everything I thought I was working toward suddenly disappeared behind a subscription screen. No preview, no partial feedback, not even a hint. Just a message saying I had to sign up for premium access if I wanted to see any of the results. It felt a bit misleading, especially after the time investment. I get that monetization is necessary, but I wish the app had made that clear upfront. I`ve read a few IQ Mental Impulse feedback posts since, and it seems I`m not the only one caught off guard.
Just leaving this here in case it helps someone set better expectations. The tests may be engaging, but don`t expect to see your results unless you`re ready to pay.
