Hello Just updated to Logic Pro x 11.2. Found out that automation bypass don't exist.
Normally I just bypass plugins/effects in automation. Need this function, could yo please help me with this?

Hello, until they fix this I follow Eddies suggestion. Choose a channel and plugin and select "Latch".
turn on and of the plugin/effect and you get the possibility to manage the bypass (see pic)
Hello Eddie, first thanks for your time and help. Tried your recommendations, some plugins have more possibilities to turn on and off. The easy and fast way to do this, on and off is gone. I followed your recommendation and sent feedback to Logic Pro.

Thanks for letting us know. The automation bypass issue seems like it's been addressed. I found all the bypass controls listed under "main". See screenshot from 11.2.1. In 11.2 I was not able to find some of these bypass parameters anywhere, but now all plugin bypass controls are listed.

Just updated to 11.2.1, and started to work. Tested to "bypass" plugins and effects on audio channels and it works just fine.
Now..... on midi channels, it doesn't work. (see pics) Its possible too see and choose bypass, but the line to work "bypass" on don't show up.
Any suggestions?
johan644 - I think you mean 11.1.2, the previous version that worked fine, so you went back a version. Let's hope they fix this!
If automation bypass isn’t working in Logic Pro X 11.2, it could be due to a software glitch, incorrect automation mode, or plugin-specific behavior. Automation bypass is meant to temporarily disable automation for selected tracks, but in some versions, especially after updates, it may not function as expected. This could be caused by corrupted preference files, third-party plugin conflicts, or the automation not being properly written or read by Logic. Also, automation may remain active if the track is set to “Read” instead of “Off.” Resetting Logic’s preferences or updating plugins and Logic itself can help resolve the issue.
Yes, it doesn't work properly. I use Logic project for playing backing tracks / automating live efx on vocals. All was done on previous LPro version 10.7.x, there everything worked. After updating to the newest version, saved bypass automations still work, but they are labeled by numbers with "unused" remark in bracket and I cannot add new bypass automations as they are simply not available. Very annoying bug !
EDIT: just few mins ago a Logic 11.2.1. update notification popped up and after the installation everything works as it should. Perfect, thanks !
I have the same problem and that feature is very important to me.
From your experience: how long will it take Apple to fix the issue?
I work in Logic 1.1.12. now. That's the only way I found, to get automation work properly. (a basic tool)
I would appreciate it if this could be addressed in a near-future update.
Done. They take it seriously and ask you to send them a project that crashes and the crash reports.
