Have you updated your iPhone to iOS 18.5? This was an issue with previous versions, but seems to have been resolved with the 18.5 update.

Hello!

Go to: Settings > Apps > Mail > Notifications > Customize Notifications. Now under “Accounts”, go into each individual account, and make sure the “Alerts” switch is on. Then make sure “Alerts” are also on in “Remind Me” and “Primary Inbox.”
