Email notification sounds not working on iPhone 16 Pro Max

Email notification sounds not working on the iPhone 16 series , what really kills me is that I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max that was working perfectly but with Apple touting the new AI intelligence I decided to spend the $1100 for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and now I have no email sound notifications. I think the new 16 series is a total failure and it seems like Apple doesn’t really care about customer service these days. There have been a couple of updates and still no fix totally ridiculous. It’s affecting my business my personal life very angry.

To get Notifications when the Screen is locked see the pic below which is self-explanatory
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below
