Mac mini Revive or Restore

Hello,

I was on my Mac mini and I clicked on Erase All Content and Settings. The Mac mini turned off and turned back on and then the screen went black. The light on the Mac mini was still on but it kept going on and off and then it turned into a flashing orange light. I hooked my Mac mini onto my MacBook Air and on my screen it gave me two options to either revive or restore. I first did revive and it said It couldn’t revive so I did restore. When it was done restoring an error popped up and said “The Mac “Mac” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (21).” Do I need to go into the Apple Store have them fix it or is this something I will be able to fix on my own.
