Device not turning on

After updating my Mac Mini to the latest version of Mac OS (Ventura 13), it was working fine. But next morning, it is not turning on and an orange light is flashing on the device. So, I did a search and found it was a firmware issue that required me to reboot my device. But whenever I try to revive that device it is popping up an error message.

(The System cannot be restored on this device.

It is very frustrating and depressing. If anyone facing the same issues or have any solutions please let me know.
