I got this fraud add on from my bank asking to have an add on put onto safari ,yet it showed up on google chrome for Mac some weeks later I received a check in the mail for $20 in the memo line on the check it said sign up bonus , I knew the check was a scam , here are some e-ails I received from smarty when I asked them to close my account

It is not clear to me whether you have a question or not, but to learn how to recognize scams so that you can avoid them in the future, I recommend reading Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
It's also not a good idea to post your email address on publicly viewable websites like this one, because it invites phishing exploits and harassment in general. I asked the site Hosts to obscure the email address posted in your screenshot.
