Can I enable FaceTime on an iPhone 16 Pro purchased in Dubai after shifting to Europe?

I live in italy.If i buy iPhone 16 pro from dubai airport does facetime work....in dubai version iPhone facetime is disabled how can i enable it after shift in Europe

It'll appear automatically once the country in Settings is changed to one other than the United Arab Emirates. Note that you'll likely be denied warranty or AppleCare+ service on that unit outside the UAE.
