Models sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not carry the same restrictions as those sold in mainland China.
For all of us i get the answer, why my friend iphone 12 pro max get an audio FaceTime and my iphone 15 pro max didn't have as his phone is a Hong Kong model.

I have used an iPhone 12 Pro with Dual-Sim from mainland China since it was new.
FaceTime works as usual and expected. I used it in China until 2022, and it’s still active and used in US until Jan-2024
FaceTime Audio is banned in China, and won't be available on units originally sold there, even if taken outside it.

But i had checked my friend Iphone 12 pro max with Chinese dual physical sim and the audio FaceTime calls were working on his device for sure, Personally tired it
i need to ask if there's a dual sim version to other country or it's a chinese version only?
As i mentioned i tired it personally ?
Only units originally sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macao will have two physical SIM card slots.
