Why is Mac mini not working with my INNOCN monitor?

innocn oled monitor works great with Windows box, M1 Mac for a few minutes and then it disappeared.

got a replacement and the same issue... I have used different cabling, hub's, direct cabling etc.

the Mac will show the monitor in display's but the Signal is blocked. I believe this is due to the propriety USB C authentication process that Apple employs.

I have gone through troubleshooting with both companies and the problem is still there.
