Personal Voice create button greyed out after 3 attempts on my iPhone 15 Pro

Hi.

I tried to record a personal voice, but I wasn't able to finish it all. Assuming I could pause and come back later I exited the app. When I came back later, I could only start creating a new Personal Voice, but my previous partial recording was not there to select. Long story short, I tried it 3 times and now I can't start recording another one, because the button is greyed out.

How can I "reset" my previous attempts, or maybe is there a way to access them anywhere else?

I have already restarted my iPhone multiple times. I do have an iPhone 15 Pro.

Scl_9 says above that "Apple is aware of the problem and will be issuing a software update for iPhone. (No timetable set yet.)"

You may want to send helpful feedback, letting Apple know more about how many community members, and which iPhone models and iOS versions, are affected. The more feedback they receive on an issue, the more likely we will see a timely update which addresses it. (If you wish, you could include a link to this discussion thread.)
