iCloud add-in crashing outlook 2024

New laptop running Windows 11 Pro and Office Home & Business 2024. When iCloud add-in is checked Outlook crashes. I've tried following steps with NO success!

• full repair of iCloud app
• uninstall of iCloud for windows & reinstall from Microsoft Store
• full online repair Microsoft Office

iCloud integration works fine on Windows 11 Pro desktop with Outlook 2019.

Who else is having this issue? Anyone have success?? I ABSOLUTELY must have this integration working!! iPhone and Windows computer have always worked until now!!!
