Outlook crashes with icloud for Windows

For some reason, the calendar and contact sync from the iCloud for Windows kept crashing my Outlook when it is opened in normal mode. The only way to avoid crashes is to load up outlook in safe mode. Anyone has a solution for this issue?

iCloud Outlook Add-In Not Working The iCloud Outlook Add-In that normally syncs contacts and calendars to the Microsoft Outlook app isn't working and isn't showing up in the Outlook desktop app. I'm running the latest stable versions of Windows 11, Office/Microsoft 365 and the iCloud Desktop app. This is despite the add-in being turned on in the Outlook app and the sync option being turned on in the iCloud desktop app. I have attached some screenshots to this post to better explain this. ICloud won't sync contacts and calendar with Outlook in Windows This used to work but I recently had a crash where I had to reload Windows and start over. Windows is Win 11 Home and Outlook is 2021 (not 365). The Outlook add-in is active. When contacts and calendar syncing is enabled in iCloud it acts like it is syncing but then there is nothing when Outlook is opened. There is no iCloud data file in accout settings either. A main.db file is created in the folder %LocalUser%\AppData\Local\Packages\AppleInc.iCloud_nzyj5cx40ttqa\LocalCache\Local\Outlook\533991EA-7312-4F23-9D47-01FC06E4E818.aplzod everytime the sync is enabled but it never gets connected into Outlook. I've tried signing out of iCloud and signing in again. It also seems like iCloud is trying to put something in my OneDrive/Documents/Outlook_Files folder because is folder is created everytime I try to re-enable syncing. This was the default location that Outlook tried to create my .pst files but I moved them to my hard drive.

iCloud for Windows Outlook plugin is offline after PC sleep - causes errors Every time I wake my PC from sleep, the iCloud icon in the Outlook ribbon shows "Go Online", meaning it is offline, instead of "Refresh" which is what it shows when connected. The PC reconnects to internet automatically on waking, but iCloud in Outlook does not. This can lead to errors - creating a new iCloud calendar item in Outlook before remebering to click "Go Online" will result in a duplicate of the item in Outlook, but only one (after going online) synced to the cloud. The duplicate cannot be deleted on the PC, and it is necessary to sign out of iCloud completely, then sign back in, re-downloading everything from the Cloud, to get it right. I have seen this issue posted by others before. It is not unique to my PC.
