Health app does not calculate my resting energy when my Apple Watch is off and charging
I’ve had an ongoing issue for over a year where on seemingly random nights, Apple Health does not calculate my resting energy during the time that my watch is off and charging.
When working correctly, apple health uses your health data (height, weight, etc) to enter these baseline, estimated calories when you aren’t wearing your watch. Three nights this week, these hours show no resting energy at all. In the past, unpairing and pairing the watch to my phone has solved this problem, but it isn’t helping this time.
I’ll attach a screenshot of a day when it generated the info properly and a night where it failed to do so.
