iPhone ringtone and alerts volume goes down automatically even after I have turned these features OFF - Attention Aware Features ,Change with Buttons, Reduce Loud Sounds, Focus - Share across devices.

Since the last iOS update it seems that Attention Awareness features haven't been working. Many other community members and I have noticed that.
Let Apple know of this issue. The more responses they get, the more inclined they'll be to fix it.
