Siri not playing requested podcast

This issue started just in the past week or less. Before that, I could say, “Hey Siri, play podcast XYZ,” and Siri would open the Podcasts app and play podcast XYZ. Now, Siri opens the podcast app, but she just plays whatever was already playing or whatever is next on the list.

Also, and this just started happening today, the phone seems to have forgotten how English capitalization, grammar, and punctuation work when using voice to text.
