i bought a mac mini last month. the warranty is supposed to be 2 years but it shows 1 year and the warranty started long before the date i bought it. i can't contact support at all

The Apple warranty on a new Mac is 1 year except in the UK & Ireland where a 2-year warranty may be offered. Did you purchase your mini in the UK or Ireland?
If your warranty "started long before the date you bought it" then it sounds like you either bought a used mini or one where the seller offered its own 2-year warranty.
Where did you buy the mini and exactly what model is it?
