How do I stop unauthorized app subscriptions and payments from my Apple Account?

I receive a letter in my email stating that subscriptions in the app are paid for from my account (in Chinese and Turkish currencies). This is not reflected in the purchase history. Changing all passwords did not help. What should I do? It is impossible to contact support.

First, the billing information was changed (I couldn't find the new information on my phone). Now, for two days now, I've been receiving payment receipts from my account. Although there is no transaction history on my phone.

If there is no entry in your Apple Account, then it's possible the emails are scams or whatever is getting charged and sent to your email is being done on a different Apple account.


Do you see these charges on your payment method, credit card, debit card, apple account balance?

If you don't see the deductions anywhere it's likely a scam.


Unless the emails refer to you specifically by the name from your Apple account, they are almost always scams or phishing attempts.


If they only show your email address in the body of the email, then that usually indicates a scam or phishing attempt.
