Is this text message a scam?

Test on my IPhone today reads...

"Automatic Payments of $236.76 for Apple-Media Services has been setup Successfully.If this is Incorrect Please Contact Apple 1-8***063".

I have no awareness of what this is. I no doubt have that amount of monthly charges for all my Apps but never have I seen this.

Yes, this is a scam. Do not respond. Block the sender. Delete the message
