Previously, when I received snapchat notifications on my Iwatch, it would say "username is typing" "username has sent a chat."
Now it previews the first few words of the message on my watch, and I don't want to do that. Help? I still want to receive notifications from all of the apps I have selected, but I specifically don't want to preview the chat content from SnapChat on my watch.

I did, thank you for the information. By clicking that tab, it turns off all of my message previews - including Ring, text messages, etc. I'd like to know if there is a way to limit JUST SnapChat back to the way it used to be... "username sent a message" without seeing the actual text from the message. If not, I'll accept it.
I found that if you delete Snapchat off of your watch it will still show notifications but it won’t preview the message anymore. I also was looking for a way to fix it and just tried that and it worked.

I'm afraid, this is all you can enable or disable at this time. The snapchat developer would have to implement such an option.
